Exchange, Return and Warranty Policy
Our greatest commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you chose your product in our online store, but upon receiving it, you were not satisfied or even noticed that there was a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it in two cases:
1.1. Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt (the customer may request a refund or replacement of the product by returning the product received).
1.2. Product is defective: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt (in this case the customer is not entitled to a refund, only to exchange of the defective product), [i] for defects such as: product with damaged glass or display, visible scratches, missing parts, the customer has the right to activate the warranty if they contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and always send images of the package received. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, the problem will be considered to have been caused by misuse.[/i]
In both situations, the first step is to contact our Customer Service Center via email.
Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with returning the Product.
To return a product due to dissatisfaction:
- The product must not have any signs of use. In the case of watches, the product must not have had any "seals" removed from the strap for adjustment. The product must be sent in the same condition as it was received, with the original packaging (Post Office packaging, with label). Otherwise, the refund or exchange will not be processed.
As soon as we receive the package, we will analyze it to confirm that everything is in accordance with the conditions for returning the item. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you and in this case you can choose between:
2.1. Exchange it for any other product that is available in our stock;
2.2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products (in case of return within the first 7 days after receipt).
Warranty: All products in the store have a 30-day warranty, starting from the date the product is received.
In order for the warranty to be activated, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute proving the problem. This video must also show the packaging of the product received (post office packaging, with label). It is essential that the packaging is shown in the video.
The customer can also prove the defect by sending us photos that clearly show the defect, and the product packaging must appear in the photo.
If the customer is unable to take the video or send the photo, it will be necessary to send the product to our address for analysis. The cost of this shipping is the customer's responsibility, but the amount spent entitles you to a discount coupon on the PAC shipping cost, as per item 1.3 above. The product must be sent in the original post office packaging, with the recipient's label undamaged.

IMPORTANT: Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that occurs after the device has been purchased from our company, such as broken or cracked screens, among other similar problems.
4.1. The warranty also does not cover:
Damage caused by fluids, such as dropping the product into water or leaving it submerged; although some products are water resistant, there are some limits that must be respected from product to product;
Damage caused by attempts to repair or adapt the device by you or third parties;
Improper use of accessories;
Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear - for example, scratches on the screen due to use, oxidation due to excess uric acid from the user of the product;
Acceptable reduction in battery life;
Tests to verify the resistance of the product, such as tests to verify the resistance of the watch glass or tests to verify water resistance, among others.
4.2. Cancellations due to international logistics problems or problems that are beyond the company's control cannot be carried out.
5. POLICIES FOR FREE PRODUCTS:
Warranty: All our products have a 30-day warranty, and the warranty applies equally to both free and paid products. If you need more information, see article 3 above.
Exchanges and cancellations: we do not exchange or cancel promotional products, since this is a promotion in which the customer only pays the shipping.
The color of the product in question is sent according to availability in stock; if a color is not available, another color will be sent.
Delivery Policy
Delivery time: 3 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen (it is understood that Saturday is not a business day).
We work with two shipping methods, the maximum delivery time for both is 15 business days after posting by the Post Office, but it usually occurs in 5 to 10 business days.
Your order will be posted after Payment Confirmation and after Logistics Processing. Payment confirmation: this is what tells us that everything is okay with your order. This occurs when you complete the purchase and provide your billing information, whether by credit card or bank slip. This confirmation can take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the rules of the credit card operators and responsible banks.
Logistics processing can take 2 to 7 days depending on the place of origin of the product(s), but it usually takes between 2 and 5 days. And don't worry, we have a specialized team that monitors this entire stage of the process to ensure your peace of mind without you having to monitor the shipping steps at all times.
Maximum delivery times:
Payment confirmation time: 1 to 3 business days.
Logistics processing time: 2 to 7 business days (depending on the region of origin of the product).
Post Office delivery time: 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that these are maximum delivery times, meaning you may receive the products before the deadline.
Business days:
All delivery times are expressed in business days, meaning Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not taken into account.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card information. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After you complete your purchase, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
